"Staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and well maintained with amenities. Nice location clise to malls, banks, and other business establishments. Convenient in house restaurant/bar,room service, access to pool for kids and adults and a small gym."

"All the staff in the accommodation were very, very friendly and sweet. In particular, the attitude of the receptacle at check-in is important enough to determine the first impression of the hotel, and the first impression of this hotel was good. Also, the concierge (bellboy) and the staff at the restaurant were friendly (visiting and experiencing all the restaurants in the hotel). The Mogambo Spa was also good because it was a new atmosphere different from other places in Plantation Bay. And on the first day, I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool, which was the reason I came to this resort because it rained so much, but I think it's a great merit to be able to enjoy the swimming pool even after checking out. This is because the weather in Southeast Asia cannot be predicted. "However", there are two things that are regrettable. Such good experiences during stay from check-in are offset at check-out. The female staff at the check-out table wasn't very friendly and didn't even say goodbye or thank you for staying. The moment I checked out, I felt like my fantasy about this resort was broken. Furthermore, the attitude of the female staff at bazarr, who was heard after checking out to buy resort souvenirs, deleted the good memories of their stay. I didn't welcome guests when they came in, I hummed alone when I paid, and I wasn't very friendly."

"I would gladly stay at this hotel again. The staff is friend and extremely outgoing. The property is clean and linen change daily. The morning butter is massive and has a very wide variety with a brunch feel. You are within ten minutes ride of mall, hospital, parks etc…. The pool, gym, laundry, and bar are on the 9th floor as is the main desk for check in/out. There are enough restaurants on the ground floor so food isn’t a problem, try Sunburst chicken and Korean Bbq."

"We have always stayed at Red planet Cebu for 10 years now. Every time we come we would spend between 3 to 5 weeks. We like this hotel because it's very clean and the staff are very nice, very attentive and very reliable. Kudos to Nerissa and Gina from front desk and the Tisoy and Mark guarding the door and hailing a cab for us. That was a nice touch. Also a shout out to Amieboy and Michael for cleaning the rooms. To the entire staff - thank you for always providing us with excellent service!"
