Staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, professional and went well above our expectations to help out with our questions, suggestions and my own cell phone issues. Location was great, walkable to many attractions, bars and restaurants. Room was clean and again, staff was so warm and friendly and made us feel welcome to our first visit to Lisbon. Rossio Plaza Hotel was great. Friendly staff who all spoke English. Nice rooms- ours looked out at Castelo Sao Jorge. Breakfast was very nice with good choices. We arranged airport shuttles thru the hotel which really made it convenient. Location is in the heart of Baixa- easy walking to everywhere.
