I had a great stay at Duomo Hotel & Apartments! The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Having an elevator was a big plus, especially when traveling with luggage. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the Duomo and other main attractions. The only minor inconvenience was the parking, which is located about three blocks away and four levels down in a garage, but it was manageable. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Milan with comfort and convenience.

Location! The location is easily walkable to the Galeria and the Duomo. The hotel room was nice and loved the complimentary wine and snacks. Loved that you could access your netflix account. Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels.

The concierge was very helpful and got us into our room a little earlier than expected. My daughter also lost a toy in our room and we came back after check out. The staff was lovely and helped us search the room and found her missing toy. Location was perfect. Room was clean and very comfortable!
